Chef Sizzle, also known as Ron Sisler, has been in the Food and Beverage industry for more than 18 years. He has held jobs from fast food to fine dining. Ron's preferred area has been resort and convention catering.
While working in some of the greatest convention resorts in Central Florida, Ron was introduced to and fell in love with Garde Manger - cold food preparation. His favorite aspect of food service is plate up and decor. He feels that food should not only taste good, but should look good as well.
Chef Ron has recently established a solo venture creating carved displays for catering companies and fine dining establishments in the Metro Atlanta area.
